RIVER FOREST, Ill. – Dominican University's women's volleyball team was defeated by Aurora University 3-0 on Tuesday night in Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) action.
 
DU hung tough with a strong Aurora team, but ultimately was downed in straight sets, 25-17, 25-22 and 25-19, respectively. Maya Green led the offensive effort with a season-high 12 kills, hitting at a blistering .688 clip. 
 
Emily Schellhase chipped in eight kills while Summer Smith added five. Sarah Lychock posted her ninth match with double-digit digs and sixth in a row, tallying 14 digs on the backline. The setting duo of Olivia Mendell and Adeleen Dunker dished out 17 and 13 assists, respectively.
