RIVER FOREST, Ill. – Dominican University's softball team won two more games in Florida on Friday, defeating Illinois College and SUNY Potsdam this afternoon.

Illinois College

Dominican started slowly, but exploded for a 10-run top of the fourth inning to take the momentum. DU claimed the mercy-rule victory after five innings, 10-1. Emma Woodhouse (4-1) secured the victory in 4.0 innings, scattering two hits and allowing just one unearned run while striking out four.

Priscylla Rutter had three hits in four at-bats with two runs scored and an RBI.
