RIVER FOREST, Ill. – Dominican University's second-ranked men's volleyball program ended its 2022 home regular season in style with a 3-0 sweep of Illinois Wesleyan in non-conference action on Tuesday evening.
Jack McGuire became the program's all-time assists leader, finishing the night with 34 assists to bring his career total to 3,591, one clear of the previous record holder and All-American Alex Coyne.
DU won by set scores of 25-17, 25-19 and 25-15, respectively, as it cruised to a sweep on a night in which the 2022 Senior Class of

Trey Cowan,
Mat Molloy and McGuire were honored postgame.
Kougan led the attack with 12 kills while Cowan had 10 in support. Cowan hit a season-best .692 on the offensive end while Kougan had a .333 attacking percentage. Middle hitters
Jacob Bush and Molloy were both very effective, combining for 14 kills on 18 attempts with zero errors. Sharrah picked up one kill and also had a service ace and one dig.
Christian Guymon led the defense with a team-high eight digs.
Dominican, whom has clinched a spot in the NACC Tournament, will look to finish off its undefeated regular season conference run this weekend with matches at MSOE and Edgewood on April 1-2, respectively.
