River Forest, Ill.- The Dominican University women's volleyball team traveled down Division Street to take on the Concordia University Chicago.
The Cougars proved to be too much as the Stars would drop the match 3-0. Dominican would battle in the first two sets 25-19, 25-22 before dropping the third and final set 25-16.
Dominican was lead by sophomore
Maya Green who had 10 kills in the match.
Olivia Mendell contributed well for the stars with 24 assists.
The Stars return to the court on Saturday when they host North Central College at 4:00pm.
