River Forest, Ill. - The Dominican University women's soccer team defeated Benedictine University 1-0 on Wednesday.

Mia Taullahu and fifth year
Michaela Thawley. The Stars had to hold on as freshman
Faith Richards stepped up in the second half to record three big saves and keep Benedictine off the board.
The victory for Dominican is their fourth of the season and third conference victory. The Stars improve their record to 4-2-2 (3-0). Dominican is back in action for Homecoming this Saturday against Wisconsin Lutheran at 2:45 p.m.
