Box Score River Forest, Ill. - Dominican University men's soccer team defeated Wisconsin Lutheran College 3-1. 

The stars got the scoring going early in the first half with a corner kick goal scored by Nick Kowalczyk in the ninth minute of the game. The assists were credited to Zack Gamster and John Cronnolly. Dominican kept the pressure on with goal number two of the first half scored by Robert Cruz. Stars went into halftime with a 2-0 lead. 

 The second half opened up with a goal by the stars in the 57th minute, scored by Matt Skorupa assisted by Kowalczyk. The Warriors got on the board in the 65th minute making it 3-1. This would end up being the final. 

Dominican moves to 6-1-1 with their next matchup on Wednesday, September 28th at 7:30pm, where they are visiting Rockford University.
