River Forest, Ill. - The Dominican University women's soccer team defeated Rockford University 4-0 on Wednesday.
The Stars got off to a hot start with a goal just over two minutes into the game from senior
Hannah DiSilverio. Dominican followed that up with a pair of goals from the Stars' leading scorer junior
Grace Larson. The goals were Larsons' eighth and ninth goals of the season. Dominican would hold a 3-0 lead going into halftime. They would add a fourth goal from freshman
Natalia Lopez in the 49th minute and that score would hold for the remainder of the game.
The Stars will continue their impressive start to the NACC season with a matchup against St. Norbert on the road on Saturday at 3:30 p.m.
