River Forest, Ill. - The Dominican University men's basketball traveled to Rockford University on Tuesday.

Results:
Dominican: 72
Rockford: 80

How it Happened:
-Dominican found themselves all even at the half 36-36.
-The Stars shot 38% in the first half, while RU shot 42%. 
-DU kept themselves in the game by making 6 of 14 threes in the half. 
-The second half saw Rockford take a slight advantage their efficiency from the field.
-DU was 13-22 from the free throw line, but the difference was RU's 18-25.

Shining Stars:
-Junior Andre Bennett had a solid offensive performance including a season-high in points.
-Freshman Joshua West did his part on the glass with close to a season-high in rebounds.
-Junior Camron Scott continued to lead the team in the paint defensively.

What's Next:
 Dominican will be back in action on the road Saturday when they head to Marian University at 2:00 p.m.
