River Forest, Ill. - The Dominican men's basketball team hosted Edgewood College on Tuesday.

Results:
Edgewood: 78
Dominican: 73

How it Happened:
-The Stars shot 36% in the first half, while EC shot a solid 53% from the field.
-DU fell behind partly due to their poor outside shooting, making just 1 of 6 first-half attempts.
-Dominican found themselves down 37-28 at half.
-The second half saw the Stars' defense improve and EC shot just 45% from the field.
-DU was 8-13 from the free throw line, and EC struggled making just 10-18.

Shining Stars:
-Junior Andre Bennett led the team in scoring and made threes.
-Junior Jacob Riedl once again led the team in rebounding and was a major difference maker on defense as well.
-Freshman Joshua West did a great job facilitating the offense and led the team in assists.

What's Next:
 Dominican will have the weekend off before facing IIT on Tuesday at home next week.
