Madison, Wis. - The Dominican University women's soccer team was on the road for the second straight game. The Stars traveled to Edgewood College.

How it Happened:
-The scoreline may not show that the Stars were in control during the match, but DU put up 22 total shots.
-Dominican started the scoring off in the first half when Sophomore
Sarah Matuszek scored her first goal of the season.
-DU went into the half with a 1-0 lead.
-The Stars doubled their lead to 2 in the 51st minute of the game, when Senior
Sophia Bartridge found the back of the net.
-Domincan's lead was cut in half in the 71st minute with the Eagles getting on the scoreboard.
-DU held the Edgewood to just one goal, and won the match 2-1.

Sophia Bartridge was one of the goal scorers for DU in the contest, and also had 2 shots on goal.
