Rockford, Ill.- The Dominican University women's volleyball team was on the road for the third straight game, to play the Regents of Rockford University.

How it Happened:
-Dominican took the momentum from the previous win into this match, and dominating in every fashion. 
-The Stars won the first set 25-16 with 14 kills and only 5 errors. 
-DU won the second set 25-20. The Stars were extremely close to perfect only having 4 errors. 
-Dominican completed the sweep in the third set winning 25-17, and having 11 kills on 33 attempts. 
-The Stars had 10 aces in the match. 

Shining Stars:
-Junior Tanya De La Riva led the Stars in kills with 9. 
-Junior Olivia Mendell was all over the floor in this match racking up a stat line of 5 aces, 2 blocks and 10 assists. 
-Junior Charlotte Hain led the Stars defensively with 16 digs.

What's Next:
The Dominican University women's volleyball team will finally be back in the Igini Sports Forum Saturday afternoon. Where the Stars will host Marian University. Game time is at 12 p.m.
