Kissimmee, Fl. - The Dominican University softball team continued their spring break trip on Thursday.
The Stars took on Saint Vincent and Allegheny

How it Happened:
-Dominican got the early in the first with an RBI single by Junior
Theresa Wilsterman.
-DU had a four run third inning with Freshman
Ryley Davis have a bases clearing triple, and Sophomore
Emma Woodhouse reaching on a fielding error.
-Dominican put up another four run innning in the fourth with Wilsterman getting an RBI single. Senior
Geneva Pollman putting down an RBI bunt, and Davis hitting a two RBI double.
Shining Stars:
-Davis was the offensive star going 3-3 and bringing in 5 runs.
-Wilsterman went 3-3 and brought in 2 runs.
-Woodhouse pitched four scoreless innings and had 3 strikeouts.

-DU got on the board first with a two run second inning. By Davis driving in a run on a throwing error, and Freshman
Nailah Hollomon stealing home.
-Dominican added to the lead with a two run third inning. Junior
Makayla Barnes scored on a wild pitch, and Senior
Kailey Kirkwood hitting an RBI single.
-Allegheny cut into the Dominican lead by scoring one run in the fourth.
-Allegheny grabbed the lead in the fifth inning and did not give it back.
Shining Stars:
-Kirkwood went 3-4 and had an RBI.
-Junior
Delaney McRiley went 2-4.
