Lisle, Ill. - The Dominican University men's soccer team went on the road to face the Eagles of Benedictine University for the second NACC game of the year.

-The first half of the match was scoreless with the Stars putting up 6 shots.
-Dominican got on the score board in the 50th minute when Fifth Year student
Vicente Castro.
-BenU ties it up at 1 in the 73 minute.
-Junior
Derrick Apholz gives the Stars the lead in 84th minute.
-Dominican had 19 shots and 9 shots on goal in the 90 minutes of game time.
-The Stars also had 6 corner kicks compared to the 2 for the Eagles.

Vicente Castro had 6 shot 3 of them on goal, and found the back of the net.

John Cronnolly had 4 shots and 3 of them on goal.

Oscar Montejano played good minutes off the bench getting himself 3 shots and one of them being on target.

Shane Marinkovich split the goalkeeping duties and only allowed the 1 goal.
