De Pere, WI. - The Dominican University men's soccer team went on the road to face the Green Knights of St. Norbert College for the third NACC match of the year.

How it Happened:
-The Green Knights scored early with a header off a corner kick in the 25th minute.
-The first half of the match remained 1-0.
-In the second half, Dominican equalized the scoreboard in the 48th minute with a strike by Fifth Year student Vicente Castro.
-Dominican tacked on another when Junior Oleksandr Melnyk buried a shot in the bottom left corner.
-Sophomore Ivan Guerrero joined the party with a goal of his own in the 83rd minute to put the Stars up 3-1.
-Dominican had 6 shots and 3 on target that all found the back of the net in the 90 minutes of game time.
Shining Stars:
-Fifth Year Vicente Castro had 2 shots, 1 of them on goal finding the back of the net.
-Junior Oleksandr Melnyk had a goal and an assist.
-Junior Oscar Montejano contributed 2 assists.
-Sophomore Ivan Guerrero made an impact off the bench tallying a goal of his own.
-Sophomore Oscar Cerritos and junior Shane Marinkovich split the goalkeeping duties and only allowed the 1 goal.
