River Forest, Ill.- The Dominican University men's soccer team hosted the Duhawks of Loras College Sunday afternoon.

Dominican: 0
How it Happened:
-Dominican came out ready to play having 12 shots in first half and multiple scoring chances, was just unable to find the back of the goal.
-Loras took the lead in the 11th minute of the game off of a corner kick.
-The Duhawks did not stop there scoring 10 minutes later off of a throw in to make the score 2-0.
-The score going into the half was 2-0.
-Dominican did not go away having 11 shots total in the second half and hitting the crossbar.
-DU led the game with total shots 23 to 16. Only 4 of the Stars 23 shots were on target.
Shining Stars:
-Fifth Year Vicente Castro had 8 shots, only one of them were on target.
-Junior Zachary Gamster had 2 shots and both of them being on target.
-Sophomore Oscar Cerritos started the game in goal for the Stars and had 2 saves.
-Junior Shane Marinkovich entered to start the second half and also collected 2 saves.
