Kameron Goodman scored a program-record 37 points.

How it Happened:
-The Stars were red hot from deep in the first quarter as they drilled 3 threes and made 47 percent of their shots from the field.
-DU's defense struggled and Dominican trailed 21-17 after the first period.
-The defense for the Stars tightened up in the second as they held the Scarlet Hawks to just 33 percent from the field and no threes.
-It was all tied up at 31 going into halftime.
-IIT had a strong third quarter scoring 22 points on 47 percent from the field.
-Dominican went into the fourth quarter trailing 53-46.
-DU gave it their all as the lead went back and forth in the final quarter and the Stars made 8 of 14 from the field but it wasn't enough and they fell 71-68.
Shining Stars:
-Sophomore Kameron Goodman was a scoring machine as she had a program-record 37 points and played 39 minutes. She also had 6 rebounds, 6 assists, and 3 steals.
-Junior Ashley Green got the start tonight and had a strong performance in the paint with 8 points and 7 rebounds.
-Freshman Aya Deiri was the only other Dominican player in double figures as she scored 10 points on 4 of 9 shooting.
