How it Happened:
 -The Stars would jump out to an early 3-0 lead thanks to a lay-up from Sophomore
Kaitlyn Milison and a made free throw from Graduate Student
Melissa Gomez.
 -In the 2
nd quarter Junior
Lacey Schaffter was active on both ends of the floor recording a steal and a lay-up in an effort to keep DU within striking distance.
 -Dominican would be down 39-17 going into half-time.
 -The Stars would have their most efficient quarter shooting the ball in the 3
rd, going 40.0% from the field and 50.00% behind the arc.
 -DU outscored the Hornets 12-11 in the final frame despite going 0-4 from 3-point range and 4-8 from the line.
-Kalamazoo would walk away with a 76-46 win.

Lia Saunders would pace the stars with 9 points and posted 3 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals.
 -Junior
Lacey Schaffter contributed 8 points and 2 boards in the effort.
 -Freshman
Elizabeth McCabe had 6 points and a rebound in 10 minutes off the bench.
