River Forest, Ill.- The Dominican University men's basketball team hosted Lakeland University Saturday afternoon, with the Stars looking to bounce back after suffering their first conference loss on Wednesday night.

How it Happened:
 -Lakeland jumped out to an 11-6 lead to start the game. The Stars were able to cut that Muskie lead to just 1 after back-to-back buckets by graduate student
Robbie Taylor.
 -Lakeland once again went on a 6-0 run, getting their lead back up to 7 points.
 -Dominican stormed back from a 12-point deficit behind Senior
Terrell Taylor.
 -The Stars and the Muskies would go into the break tied at 40. DU shot 51% from the floor and went 10 for 10 from the charity stripe.
 -Lakeland and Dominican both started fast to open up from the break.
 -The Stars would get their first lead in the game with 10 minutes left to play, when Junior
Allister Richardson makes back-to-back layups.
 -Freshman
Lucas Underwood gave DU a 5-point lead with a 3-point bucket, with 8 minutes left in the game.
 -The Muskies hit three straight free throws with 54 seconds left in the game to send the game to overtime tied at 76. DU shot 41% from the field and 3-8 from behind the arc.
-Lakeland started off overtime with a 9-0, run getting the score to 85-76 with 2 minutes to play.
-DU did not give up, with 5

Andre Bennett hitting back-to-back 3-pointers, with one of them being a 4-point play.

Camron Scott made the game a one-possession game with 26 seconds left.
-The Stars could not get a shot off in the final 8 seconds. DU went 2-4 behind the three-point line in the extra period.

Robbie Taylor led the Stars with 22 points on 8 of 12 shooting. R. Taylor also, went 6-7 from the charity stripe. Â

Terrell Taylor led the team with 4 assists. T. Taylor also collected 14 points in the game.

Daniel Nennig continues to be all over the floor for Dominican, collecting 10 points, 3 assists, and 4 rebounds. Nennig went 4-4 from the free throw line. Â
