River Forest, Ill. - The Dominican University men's volleyball team returned to the Igini Sports Forum after 2 road games. 

Results:
Dominican:3
Wisconsin Lutheran:0

How it Happened:
-Dominican came out firing in the first set winning 25-12 and collected 7 kills on 17 attacks. 
-Junior Ryan Barnett was a big part of this getting 2 services aces in the set. 
-DU continued this into the second set winning 25-15, on 5 kills. 
-Junior Casey Goss had 3 straight services aces in the set.  
-The Stars were able to grab set number 3. Winning 25-15. Dominican had a game high 11 kills in this set, and only one attack error. 
-Sophomore Ammar Brzovic had 3 kills for DU in the set. 

Shining Stars:
-Junior Casey Goss was all over the place for this DU squad picking up 6 service aces, 4 kills, and 6 digs.   
-Senior Jarod Hesse had 3 kills, 2 blocks, and 4 digs.
-Junior Aaron Marrs  led the Stars in kills with 5. 
-Freshman Thomas Hirsch had 4 kills, 2 blocks, and a service ace. 

Leading the Way:
Kills: Marrs (5)
Aces: Goss (6)
Blocks: Hirsch, and Hesse (2)
Assists: Valdez (11)
Digs: Goss (6)

With this win the men's volleyball team officially punched their ticket to the NACC conference tournament.

What's Next: 
The Dominican University men's volleyball team will go on the road for a game. Where the Stars will travel to Marian University, March 30th. The match will begin at 2:00 p.m.
