Bloomington, Ill. - The Dominican University women's soccer team traveled to Bloomington Illinois with a two-game win streak, to face-off against the Warriors of Illinois Wesleyan University.

How it Happened:
-Dominican had the perfect start to the match with Junior
Mia Dosen scoring the first goal of the game in the 8
th minute of the game.
-DU kept their foot on the gas and grabbed a second goal before halftime. With Junior
Natalia Lopez scoring her second in as many matches. Â
-The Stars would take a 2-0 lead into the break. Dominican also had 10 shots in the first half. Â
-The Titans responded quickly in the second half to cut the deficit to one in the 57
th minute. Â
-Graduate Student
Regan Coxon helped DU get the lead back to two. With Coxon scoring her first goal since her injury in the 77
th minute.
-IWU stormed back, quickly scoring in the 81
st minute. This making the score 3-2 in favor of Dominican. Â
-Illinois Wesleyan found the equalizer just two minutes later.
-Senior
Ashley Hoffner had the last shot of the game that was saved in 89
th minute.
