Lisle, Ill. - The Dominican University women's soccer team took on the Benedictine University Eagles in their first conference road match of the season.

Results:
Dominican: 5
Benedictine: 0

How it Happened:
-Freshman Presley Coles would waste no time in scoring the first goal of the match for the Stars in the 3rd minute after a feed from Junior Mia Taullahu.
-Just 3 minutes later, Taullahu would double Dominican's lead after assists from Graduate Student Regan Coxon and Graduate Student Grace Larson.
-In the 33rd minute, Junior Mia Dosen would slot home DU's 3rd of the half.
-The Stars were not done in the 1st half, as Sophomore Mackenzie Cuddihy would score her 1st of the season off a pass from Graduate Student Lauren Mark, giving Dominican a 4-0 lead going into half-time.
-After DU sustained the pressure throughout the 2nd half, Junior Natalia Lopez added the exclamation mark on the evening off of an assist from Sophomore Meghan Wilhite, extending the Star's lead to 5-0.
-Dominican would come away with their 2nd conference win in as many games.


Shining Stars:
-Freshman Presley Coles notched her 1st collegiate goal on her lone shot.
-Junior Mia Taullahu would score her 1st of the season on 2 shots.
-Junior Natalia Lopez and Junior Mia Dosen would each bury their 4th goal of the season, making them co-leaders in goals for the Stars.
-Sophomore Mackenzie Cuddihy tallied her 1st collegiate goal on one shot on target.
-Freshman Meadow Pratt made her collegiate debut in goal, making 3 saves and preserving the clean sheet in the effort.
