Milwaukee, Wis. – The Dominican University Men's Basketball team began NACC play against the Raiders of MSOE in Milwaukee on Wednesday night.

How it Happened:
-The Stars opened the game with a 5-0 run after a three by Sophomore
Frank Paszkowski and a pair of free throws from Sophomore
Braydon Murphy.
-MSOE erupted for a 16-0 run, which was ended by a three from Freshman
Elijah Daugherty at the 14:19 mark.
-Sophomore
Antony Fernandez knocked down a three to end another extended Raider run, with the score reading 23-11 at the midpoint of the first half.
-After both teams traded buckets, the Stars went on an 11-4 run to close out the first half and trailed 45-32 heading into the second.
-Paszkowski started the second half hot, drilling back-to-back threes, with the Stars trailing 53-38.
-DU continued to fight throughout the second half, with Freshman

Emmanuel Fuller knocking down shots to keep Dominican in the game.
-Murphy and Sophomore Ismael Ndiaye Matheu combined for a 4-0 run at the 8:00 mark of the second half with the Stars behind 76-54.
-The Raiders kept DU at bay as the Stars fell by a final of 96-71.
-Dominican shot 34.3% from the floor, 31.4% from three, and 73.7% from the line.
Shining Stars:
-Sophomore
Braydon Murphy dropped a career-high 21 points and was 9-9 from the free throw line. Murphy also added 7 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 blocks.
-Sophomore
Frank Paszkowski notched 18 points and went 6-13 from deep.
-Junior
Antony Fernandez contributed 8 points alongside 2 steals.
-Freshman
Elijah Daugherty posted 6 points and was 2-6 from three.
