Plymouth, Wis. – The Dominican University Men’s Basketball team will travel to Lakeland University after back-to-back one-possession losses.

Dominican and Lakeland met once this season in a high-scoring affair in the Igini Sports Forum. Lakeland won 96-93 on December 7th, 2024.

Graduate Student Robbie Taylor was the leading scorer for DU in the game on December 7th.

During the 2023-2024 season, DU and Lakeland split the season series. The Stars won the game at Lakeland in Overtime 104-100.

-Junior Adrian Pelszynski got hot from behind the three-point line shooting 4-5 and scoring 16 total points. 

-Graduate Student Robbie Taylor collected 14 points on 7-9 shooting off the bench.

-5th-year Student Camron Scott has been incredible all season for the Stars collecting 7 double-doubles this season and has a total of 241 points and 162 rebounds. Scott leads the team with 27.2 minutes per game.

-5th-year Student Andre Bennett is currently shooting 88.6% from the charity stripe. 

-Senior Terrell Taylor leads the Stars with 15.7 points per game this season.  

-Senior Daniel Nennig has filled the stat sheet all season for DU collecting 170 points, 62 rebounds, and 50 assists. 
 

Scouting Report: 

-Lakeland is 6-14 overall, with a 5-8 conference record and a 2-8 record on their home court.

-The Muskies are currently on a 4-game losing streak.

-Lakeland’s last win was on January 18th at Edgewood College with a score of 89-80.

-The Muskies are scoring 78.6 points per game while allowing 87.4 points per game to their opponents.
