River Forest, Ill. – Dominican University Women's Soccer began NACC play against the Milwaukee School of Engineering on Wednesday.

How it Happened:
-Senior
Sierra Rioux created the first chance for the Stars in the 6
th minute, having a shot on target denied by the Raider keeper.
-MSOE struck first in the 19
th minute.
-In the 30
th minute, the Raiders doubled their lead.
-Dominican went into the half-time break trailing 2-0 while collecting 2 shots in the first half.
-The Raiders extended their lead to 3-0 in the 61
st minute.
-In the 79
th minute, Junior
Mackenzie Cuddihy collected a loose ball in the box and fired, but was turned away by MSOE's keeper.
-Freshman

Mia Dosen all had efforts find the target in the closing minutes but could not break the clean sheet.
-The Stars fell by a final of 3-0. DU ended the contest with 9 shots and 6 shots on target.

Sarah Matuszek fired 3 shots, with 2 of them finding the target.
-Junior
Mackenzie Cuddihy posted a shot on target and played all 90 minutes.
-Freshman
Evelyn Salazar notched a shot on target in her first collegiate start.
