River Forest, Ill.—The Dominican University Women's Soccer team hosted the St. Norbert Green Knights for Homecoming Saturday.

How it Happened:
-Dominican got momentum going right away with the first shot on goal coming from Senior
Meghan Wilhite in the 16
th minute. The Stars got on the board in the 21
st minute thanks to Junior
Tia Garr.
-DU kept pushing with Freshman
Grace Durante firing 4 shots in the first half, 1 of those being on target.
-The Stars' defense was a noticeable factor in keeping the lead, holding St. Norbert to 0 shots in the first half.
-The second half was where all the action happened. In the 61
st minute the Green Knights got a foul because of a handball in the box, giving Dominican a chance to score on the penalty kick. Wilhite took the kick and found the back of the net, extending the lead to 2-0.
-DU kept the ball rolling with Junior
Ariana Barney firing a shot on target, which was reflected by the goalkeeper, which then gave Freshman
Riley Brooks a chance to score, and she succeeded, making the score 3-0. This was Brooks first collegiate goal.
-In the 67
th minute,
Kaylie Reeve shot one at the goalkeeper, which was reflected again, and led to Freshman
Khloe Lopez scoring her second goal of the week.
-The match concluded with time left on the clock due to player safety.

Tia Garr earned Co-Star of the Match with 1 goal on 4 shots. Garr also recorded 64 minutes.

Payton Lemich also earned Co-Star of the Match, recording 68 minutes and 3 shots.

Meghan Wilhite continues to lead offensively, Wilhite had a goal and 3 shots, with 2 of those being on target.

Riley Brooks recorded her first collegiate goal in the win.
