Box Score The Dominican University baseball team played its final non-conference game of the season on Tuesday, falling to the North Central College Cardinals 11-0 in seven innings.
The Stars managed just two hits in the ball game and committed five errors in the field.
Brennan Taylor (Palatine, Ill.) was tagged with the loss, charged with five earned runs over three innings on nine hits and three walks. Â
Taylor falls to 1-2 on the season while the Stars fall two games below .500 on the season at 16-18 heading into the final three Northern Athletics Conference (NAC) series of the regular season.
The Stars will be back in action on Friday, traveling to Watertown, Wis., to take on the Maranatha Baptist Bible College Crusaders.
