River Forest, IL – The recognition for the success of the Dominican University men's soccer program continued on Tuesday afternoon as the Stars' coaching staff was honored by the United Soccer Coaches as the College Regional Staff of the Year. 
 
This honor now puts Stars' Head Coach Erick Baumann and Assistants Ben Boyd, Gabe Gongora, and Nico Vitale on the ballot for National Staff of the Year. This recognition was a result other collegiate coaches who voted in the Central Region.
 
This past season, Stars captured their 14th NACC regular-season championship in 15 years while Baumann earned the South Division Coach of the Year, his seventh overall. The Stars dominated the NACC and finished with an 8-1-1 overall record which included a NACC South Division Tournament Championship.
