Box Score River Forest, Ill. - The Dominican University men's volleyball team hosted the University of California Santa Cruz Sunday afternoon. 

Results:
Dominican: 3
UC Santa Cruz: 2 

How it Happened:
-Dominican started off the game getting 10 kills on 7 errors. 
-The Stars lost  the first set 25-19.
-DU turned it on in the second getting 14 kills on 7 errors 
-Dominican won the second set 25-20
-The Stars fell behind in the third set only getting 9 kills. Falling 25-22
-DU stormed back in the fourth set winning 25-20, with 13 kills and just 3 errors. 
-Dominican won the fifth set 15-11. Getting 7 kills. 

Shining Stars:
-Senior Cal Iwinski led the Stars with 13 kills. 
-Sophomore Owen Morrow led the team wth 47 assists, and 10 digs. . 
-Junior Tanner Dahman led the team with 4 aces, and 4 blocks.

What's Next:
The Dominican University men's volleyball team will be back in action Friday night when they host Milwuakee School of Engineering at 7:00 p.m.
