Scott and Taylor Earn NACC All-Conference Honors

River Forest, Ill. – Terrell Taylor and Camron Scott of the Dominican University Men's Basketball team were selected to be apart of the NACC All-Conference awards.

Scott was selected to the NACC All-Conference Second Team, and played in 24 games this season, while starting in 17 of them. Scott collected 310 total points on the season while averaging 12.9 points per game. Not only could Scott score the rock he grabbed 195 total rebounds on the year and averaged 8.1 boards per game. The Fifth-Year Student from Alabama, averaged 27 minutes per game leading the team and shot a stellar 56.5% from the floor.

Head Coach Troy Tonsil commented on Scott's achievement by saying "Cam's combination of improvement, athleticism, and versatility has propelled him to be among the NACC's best players this season. Experiencing career highs in multiple categories this season, it is no surprise that he was a force and has now been recognized for the hard work that he has put in over the years. I am very proud of his achievements and development."

Terrell Taylor was selected to the NACC All-Conference Honorable Mention list, and played in 24 games this season, while starting in 11 of those games. T. Taylor led the team in points with 370 on the year and averaged 15.4 points per game. Taylor shot 40% from downtown, and 50% from the floor. Not only was Terrell a scorer, he dished the rock like nobody else dishing out 70 total assists on the season. The Senior from Chicago, averaged 25 minutes per game.

Head Coach Troy Tonsil commented on T. Taylor's achievement by saying "Throughout the year, Terrell has proven to be one of most the dynamic and efficient guards the NACC has had this year. His ability to make plays and score clutch baskets has put us in position for countless winnable games. I am thrilled the coaches of the NACC for recognizing and valuing his talent this season."
