River Forest, Ill. – Senior Priscylla Rutter of the Dominican University Softball team was selected to the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Honorable Mention All-Conference List.

Rutter was sidelined for the 2023 and 2024 seasons due to a torn ACL and Meniscus, but the senior from Arleta, California, did not let that be the end of her play in a Dominican uniform. The senior came out on top of her injuries and had an incredible season that put her on the honorable mention list that is completely well deserved.

Rutter played in 30 games this season while starting in 13 of those 30 games. Priscylla did the majority of her damage as the designated player and pinch-hitter for the Stars, where she came up in so many clutch situations and succeeded in these situations. The senior collected a .400 batting average in her 60 at-bats. She also added 4 doubles, 2 triples, and 12 RBIs. The lefty always found herself in competitive at-bats and collected 4 walks while also stealing 4 bases.

Head Coach Cristina Lukas commented on Rutter's honorable mention selection by saying, "Priscylla came back strong after being injured for 2 seasons. It was fun to watch her excel and lead our team this year."
