Greensboro, NC. – Junior Zach Helein of Dominican University Baseball was named to the American Baseball Coaches Association NCAA Division III Region 8 All-Defensive Team on Thursday, June 19^th.
 
The 2025 ABCA NCAA Div. III Region All-Defensive teams are voted on by members of the American Baseball Coaches Association and the process is led by the ABCA NCAA Div. III All-America and Coach of the Year Committee.
 
Helein started in all 40 games for DU during the 2025 campaign, amassing 114 putouts on 121 total chances for a fielding percentage of .975.
 
At the plate, Helein had a batting average of .333 with 49 hits, 29 RBIs, 6 doubles, and 2 triples.
