Ripon, Wis. – The Dominican University Track & Field team concluded its indoor season at the 2026 NACC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Shining Stars:
-Junior
Jose Murillo led the Stars' effort in the Men's 60-meter with a time of 7.71. Sophomore
John Delfin finished close behind with a time of 7.82.
-Murillo and Delfin notched times of 25.23 and 25.45 respectively in the Men's 200-meter.
-In the Men's 800-meter, Freshman
Samuel Malke took home a top 10 finish, recording a time of 2:01.92. Junior
Diego Valdivia posted a time of 2:16.55.
-Freshman
Alberto Diaz placed 15
th in the Men's 1-Mile, crossing the line in 4:46.35.
-In the Men's Shot Put, Sophomore
Aaron Guadarrama had a best throw of 9.67m.
-The Women's 60-meter was manned by Freshman Sheila Leon and Freshman Sandra Magdaleno, who posted times of 9.40 and 9.58 respectively.
-Leon posted a time of 30.62 in the Women's 200-meter.
-In the Women's 800-meter, Senior
Emma Brosnihan took 16
th with a time of 2:45.62, followed by Sophomore
Lizabeth Vallejo and her time of 2:59.48

Dominican Track and Field will shift gears to the outdoor season, beginning on Friday, March 27
th to Saturday, March 28
th, at the First Chance Invite, hosted by North Central.
