Dominican University Athletics

Carroll served as University president for 27 years, growing the undergraduate student body from 729 to over 2,000 yearly during her tenure. She helped to navigate Dominican's move from the NAIA to the NCAA and its inclusion and joining of the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC). The renovation of West Campus Field and the ongoing-facility project in the Igini Sports Forum were both approved and executed during Carroll's tenure.
