Despite being limited to just three seasons with the Rosary College men's basketball program due to injury, McGee piled up 1,452 points throughout his career with the Rebels while shooting .539 from the field.  Currently, McGee ranks seventh on the men's basketball all-time scoring list while ranking second in field goals made.  His 331 offensive rebounds and 7.9 rebounds per game average are both tops in the programs all-time record book while his 170 blocked shots sits in second, only 28 off the program record despite playing just three seasons. 

Throughout his career, McGee was a three-time all-conference selection and two-time NAIA All-Chicagoland honoree.
